Talking about how we feel brings temporary relief, but not always change. The way back to ourselves runs through the body.

From childhood we store up every anger, fear and trauma as tension, as blocks that harden into a kind of body armour. That tension costs us our spontaneity, our confidence and our freedom.
Emotional conflict is stored in the body.
Taking from bioenergetics the method for releasing physical blocks, from mindfulness its full attention, from tantra the meditations that help accumulated emotion move, and from trauma work its gentleness and care, we take off the layers that cause you suffering so you can find a more authentic way to live.
Would you like to loosen what is held?
And answer them honestly.

Do you know your own worth, and what you deserve? Do you know what you want and go after it — or do you lose yourself in someone else? What do you say to yourself in the mirror?
Can you say no, set a limit, keep your own pace? Do you speak honestly and warmly in any situation? Can you name what you need without fearing you will be left?
Are you at ease with your sexuality? Does something feel wrong without your being able to name it? Would you like to live it differently, with more pleasure in it?
I hope you answered yes to all of them. If you did not — that was me too, once, and it is different now.

The purpose of this process is to let you see and make room for your traumatic responses around sexuality, so that you can feel safe and at ease, and enjoy your own intimacy.
There are two rates: a standard one and a reduced one. It matters to me that money is not what stops you, if this is something you need and things are tight.
Tell me moreWhen trauma takes hold the nervous system loses its regulation, and the whole body with it — how we think, how we act, how we eat. First you learn the way back to balance.
Our limits have been crossed since we were small — so often that we frequently no longer feel them. They have to be rebuilt and said out loud, so the body can feel safe in any encounter.
Sexuality was made unnatural to us very early, and certain parts of the body were loaded with something negative. Once shame has settled inside, enjoying anything fully becomes very hard.
Trauma shows up in different ways: some people dissociate, some freeze, some submit or placate. There is nothing wrong with any of them, but it matters to recognise and understand them.
Trauma narrows how much we can breathe, and with it how much we can feel. Breath is one of the most important keys back to sensation and to enjoyment.
Trauma is contraction, and that tension became tied to sexuality: arousal gets mixed up with something stressful. The way to pleasure runs through a relaxed expansion of the body.
For accepting yourself, valuing yourself, and loosening what stops you enjoying your life.

Creo en que una mirada comprensiva y respetuosa puede sanar el alma.
I believe in kindness, and that being looked at with understanding and respect can heal something.
Since I was very small I have been curious about people and the emotional world. They fascinate me. Looking back it all makes sense, though for a long time I felt lost and did not know what I wanted.
I was an athlete, and while it gave me a great deal, I can see now the harm in it too: I was constantly after other people’s approval. It led me to a degree in physical education, though what I cared about was health.
Then, of all things, I broke my ankle. I stopped. Suddenly I could not move. That was when I began to pay attention to my body and understood what it means to listen to it. Slowly the way became clearer.
Bioenergetics had already given me self-support, confidence and directness. What came after was spontaneity, and the freedom to be myself. That is what I want to pass on: that you can value yourself, learn to love yourself, and be astonished by the wisdom of your own body.
It helped me know my body better, and myself through it. By the end my body felt more relaxed, freer. And I noticed patterns I fall into that do me harm, without ever having seen them.
Virginia’s workshop opened a door onto my own awareness. I learned that I am the only one answerable for what I do and do not do — and that I hold the key to changing whatever I do not like about my life.
It taught me to listen to my body, which I normally pay no attention to, and to say what I need in a better way. A place of quiet and of knowing, to carry into your ordinary days with more love from the inside.
So I can understand what you need, the first conversation online is free. No commitment — we talk, and you see whether it fits.
